"Livetime waranty!! Very good service!"
Very good service!
We bought a Le creuset pan a few years ago but lost the receipt. That was no problem for the customer service after explaining our problem and sending a lot of pictures they send us a new pan.
That’s what I call Livetime warranty!!

"Very Positive Warranty Experience"
Very Positive Warranty Experience
We had issues a dutch oven and balti dish, both over a decade old that were gifted to us from family. The dutch oven experienced a large chip in the enamel off the bottom of the pot, and the finish inside the cast iron balti dish had also started to flake. Granted, although we were using the dishes according to the manufacturer's instructions, we were nervous they would reject our claim because of normal wear and tear, but sending the items back to them 1) ensure they are disposed of properly and 2) will contribute towards a discounted replacement if the warranty does not cover the damage so it seemed worth it. We mailed in our pieces at the very beginning of the pandemic (cost $70) and I will agree that it was not necessarily a straightforward process. But when you're talking about items that cost hundreds of dollars, I understand some hoops. I initially exchanged many emails leading up to the shipping (notifying of the intent to submit, taking pictures, getting a case number, etc). I then had to follow-up with my claim several months later which set off another email chain regarding colors and availability with a very helpful and responsive representative named Tiffany. There was also an issue with shipping that was ultimately resolved without any cost on my end. We received two new pieces in the mail and couldn't be happier.
The quality of the items themselves is exceptional and really there are no comparisons when it comes to the dutch oven it is an amazing piece of kitchen equipment that we use nearly every day. The finish is beautiful no matter what color you end up with.
